Set the hem for the way you move
Compare the hem loose and lightly cinched over your regular work shoes. Walk, sit, and stand again to see whether the chosen setting stays comfortable. The adjustment changes the lower-leg shape; if the fabric still drags behind your heel, revisit the inseam rather than tightening the cinch indefinitely.
Notice the side panels during movement
The main body is polyester stretch dobby, and koi describes rib-knit material at the sides. Check those areas when bending or taking a longer step. A different fabric at the side can change the feel of movement, but the fit through the seat and thighs still needs to be right.
