WW020 is the unisex drawstring model in Workwear Revolution. Its four pockets comprise two front patch pockets, one side cargo pocket and one back patch pocket. Cherokee specifies an elastic waistband, adjustable drawstring and a badge loop at the right cargo. This is a separate unisex pattern from the women’s WW105, whose official description gives a different five-pocket arrangement.

The captured Amazon title markets this family to men and calls the leg tapered; the current Cherokee page calls it unisex and straight leg. This profile follows the manufacturer’s exact-model classification while preserving that disagreement. A label such as straight or tapered does not establish the fit through the seat. Use the unisex waist and hip measurements, especially if your usual size comes from a contoured women’s scrub.
Material and length reference
The main fabric is 78% polyester, 20% rayon and 2% spandex stretch twill. Cherokee publishes short at 28½ inches, regular at 31 and tall at 34. That is different from the men’s fly-front WW140, so compare the actual inseam rather than the collection name. The representative Amazon listing is black large. Before changing a variant, check that WW020 remains selected and that the length label is correct; the drawstring can adjust the waist opening but cannot correct an unsuitable hip fit or excess leg length.
