CK002 uses a knit elastic waistband and a junior contoured, mid-rise fit. Its storage is unusually varied: two rounded front pockets, a coin pocket at the right, two slit cargo pockets and a hidden waistband pocket. A plastic key clasp sits inside the left pocket. This explains the six-pocket listing without implying that every compartment has the capacity of a cargo pocket.
What changes in daily use
The key clasp may be useful if you want keys attached inside a pocket instead of loose among other items. Check that your key ring fits the clasp and remains easy to release. Slit cargo openings provide another access style to compare with patch-pocket openings. Slanted back seaming is documented, but the specification does not list conventional back patch pockets, so rear storage should not be assumed from the total.
Fit and length
Cherokee gives the fabric as 94% polyester and 6% spandex crosshatch dobby. A concealed bungee at the hem adjusts the opening while retaining the straight-leg construction. Published inseams are 28½ inches petite, 31 regular and 34 tall. Fit the pants at their normal waist position before adjusting the hem, and avoid using a tightly cinched bungee to compensate for substantial excess length.
